"Your Shape: Fitness Evolved," the Xbox 360 game, lets you use the Kinect accessory to track your body movements as you perform exercises in the game. While the game itself does track your progress through a single exercise routine, if you want a better look at how you have progressed in the game, you'll need to access the UPlay website on your computer. The UPlay website requires that you register with UPlay through your Xbox system to ensure that it uploads the correct information.
